This Code seeks a procedural system for audiences. A simple process, with written elements and hearings -preliminary and oral trial-, as oral are a series of acts. Future novelties are introduced and some traditional ones are updated.

It regulates matters related to the principles, the application of the rules, the subjects, the competence, the parties, procedural acts, evidence, oral hearings, extraordinary forms of conclusion of the process, judicial resolutions, means of challenge, economic repercussion of procedural activity, precautionary protection and international procedural rules. An oral procedural system was established, which resulted in the modification of all the procedural institutes, from the demand to the cassation appeal and the review, to adapt them to the dynamics of a process influenced by said procedural principle. The regulations are structured so that conflicts are dealt with orally and the principles of immediacy, concentration and publicity are complied with. This is basically translated into that they will be heard in oral hearings, issuing judgments more promptly by the judges who practice the test, also protects the principle of publicity, since citizens will have access to hearings.
